Because the tool reads public chat activity through the Twitch API, the amount of personal data involved in a typical giveaway is deliberately small. Giveaway data. When you run a draw, the tool temporarily processes the public chat messages and usernames gathered during your chosen listen window. This information is used to build the entry pool and select winners. It is the raw material of your contest, not something we sell or repurpose.
Usage and technical data. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with the site. This helps us keep the service secure, fix problems, and improve the experience.
